I’m Ricardo Garza and I’ve spent 16 years building the operating infrastructure that growing companies run on — at Unilever, Ford Motor Company, and Mondelēz International, where I led analytics and transformation work across global functions. I currently serve as Director of Strategy and Corporate Platform at EMMI, a renewable energy company, where I redesigned the organization from scratch and built the systems that run it. I also founded elrrich, an advisory practice for founders and operators who need to scale without breaking.
